Built so you're never guessing
Reviewed before they appear
We approve every provider profile. Profiles show which checks a provider has completed, like ID and phone.
Licensed where it matters
Boarding and day care at a provider's home are only open to providers whose AVS licence we've checked.
Paid after the service
Payments go through Stripe. Providers are paid once the service is done, and disputes hold the money until they're sorted.
Reviews from real bookings
Only owners who booked through FurLink can review, once per completed service.
Earn caring for pets
Set your own prices, services and area. Accept the requests that suit you, and get paid to your bank through Stripe after each service.
- FurLink keeps 12% of your price. Urgent fees for short-notice bookings are yours in full.
- Your exact address is never shown. Owners see your general area until a booking is confirmed.

When does FurLink launch?
Soon, in Singapore first, starting with a few neighbourhoods. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when we open near you.
What does it cost to use?
Joining is free. When you book, you pay the price the provider sets, plus an urgent fee if you book at short notice and the provider charges one. You see the full amount before you pay.
How are providers checked?
We review and approve every provider profile before owners can see it. Providers can also submit ID and verify their phone number, and their profile shows which checks they've completed. Boarding and day care at a provider's home are only open to providers with an AVS licence we have checked.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel in the app. Cancelling inside the provider's free cancellation window is free; after it, a late fee shown in the app comes off your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method automatically, and if a provider cancels you get a full refund.
